Current volunteer positions:

L2P Volunteer Driver Mentor - Volunteer Mentors are responsible for providing an opportunity for practice to Learner Drivers who may otherwise have considerable difficulty in gaining the required 120 hours of supervised on road driving experience. The position is a supervising role that parents or other significant adults in the Learner’s life would otherwise have.

Volunteer Mentors will provide weekly driving practice for a minimum of two hours.

Volunteer Mentors will be supported in their role through the Vic Roads facilitated L2P Volunteer Supervising Driver Training Program and via the supervision and support of the L2P Program Coordinator

Each month DIVRS will be holding Volunteer Information Sessions. Each session will provide an understanding of what to expect and consider when thinking about volunteering.

These sessions will also provide information about the programs and services at DIVRS as well as upcoming volunteer opportunities.
