Feedback

DIVRS values feedback and encourages people to report concerns. Receiving feedback helps us understand what we are doing right and what we could do better. It also tells us if something has happened that requires a specific response to action. DIVRS is dedicated to responding to feedback promptly and fairly, providing appropriate solutions and implementing improvements based on feedback.

Feedback can be a complaint, compliment or report of an incident.  ·

You can provide feedback by telling the program leader or any staff member in person or by telephone, email or post.

DIVRS encourages feedback to be provided using this Feedback and Report form. It has questions to help us understand what happened.

Or you can email directly to feedback@divrs.org.au.

We acknowledge receipt of feedback within 5 business days. Your feedback can be anonymous however we will not be able to reply to you if it is.

Child Safety

DIVRS is a child-safe organisation. All children or young people who attend services, programs and events delivered by, and spaces managed by, DIVRS have the right to feel and be safe. We have zero tolerance of child abuse. We are committed to creating and maintaining a safe and empowering environment where protecting children and preventing and responding to child abuse is embedded in our culture.

We take a proactive approach to identifying and addressing any systems or behaviours within our organisation that do not align with our commitment to maintaining a safe, fair, accessible and productive culture. We strongly encourage all individuals engaging with our organisation to promptly report any instances of potential or existing environmental hazards, accidents, incidents, systemic issues, unsafe or inappropriate behaviours that they witness or experience, so that we may address any issues as quickly as possible

Reports can be made to any staff member in person, via telephone or email. Or can be made via our feedback and reporting form.
